Now, while I am working on a size chart, I decided maybe we can straighten some sizing out.
Gryphon:
While most gryphons are only the size of large wolves, their maximum height is at 6.5 feet high. While this is small, it also improves agility compared to most dragons. The minimum height of gryphons is 1.3 feet tall at birth. They roughly get around 12-18 feet long and can have a wingspan of over 70 feet.
Dragon:
While most dragons are known to be huge, their maximum height is at 30.4 feet high. While this is large, it also decreases the agility of these flighting reptiles. The minimum height of dragons is 2.5 feet tall and bigger at birth. They roughly get around 90-125 feet long and can have a wingspan of over 240 feet.

I think it looks great. However, I would increase the wingspan maximum. This is because a 125 foot dragon would never get off the ground with a 120 wingspan. Instead, the dragon would have to have at least a 240 wingspan to get off of the ground For wings and stuff, I generally use birds for size references - and most birds have wingspans that are at least twice their body length.
